I produce interactive shows and own the regulated technology behind them, opening up access to investment opportunities once reserved for the wealthy and connected.
Going Public proved a simple idea. Give everyday investors a real seat at the table, and they show up.

Where Wall Street meets Hollywood
The story
Wall Street left everyday investors behind.
I’ve spent the last decade bringing them into private markets. First with marketing, then with regulated technology, and now with interactive TV.
I spent ten years selling enterprise software to the Fortune 500. When Reg A+ took effect in 2015, I saw a door open and went all in.
That led to a bigger question: how do we bring high-quality investments to anyone, anywhere? The answer was a mainstream interactive show. That became Going Public, the first of its kind.
13 years sober
Quitting drinking was the best decision I’ve made, personally and professionally. Every hour it gave back went into building.
Off the clock
I’m into fitness and health, and I love hiking the Santa Monica Mountains. Former CA state champion high jumper.
Milestones
A decade of firsts.
2015
First Reg A+ offering in U.S. history
My agency, CrowdfundX, marketed it the same month the new rules went live.
Hollywood built an industry on attention. We’re building what comes next: participation. Crush Capital makes the shows. Issuance lets viewers invest in what they see.

Hacked. Stalked. Sued. Extorted. I’ve been through all of it. Targeted shares my stories and those of other leaders, and how to fight back and stay focused on what matters.
